What to expect:
We’ll start with a brief overview of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, its benefits, and its place in programming. Then, we’ll move on to the specifics of the movement, breaking it down into its component parts and discussing proper form, technique, and common faults to watch out for.
The Snatch will be covered on Saturday, January 27th and the Clean & Jerk will be covered on Sunday, January 28th.
This seminar is for both new and experienced athletes!
