The key to success with our new year’s goals lies in establishing achievable goals for lasting results!

1. Set Realistic Expectations

2. Break Goals Down into Smaller Milestones

3. Set a Timeline

4. Consider Your Limitations

5. Seek Support and Accountability

6. Evaluate Your Progress


SMART goals are…

S: Specific (What will you achieve? What will you do?)

M: Measurable (What data will you use to decide whether you’ve met the goal?)

A: Achievable (Are you sure you can do this? Do you have the right skills and resources?)

R: Relevant (Does the goal align with you? How will the result matter?)

T: Time-Bound (What is the deadline for accomplishing the goal?)

They allow you to write goals that are clear, attainable and meaningful.

Having clarity in your goal-setting provides the motivation and focus you need to be successful.
