Outdoor Bodyweight Bootcamp Workout (9:15am): Start your day strong with a dynamic bootcamp session led by our top trainers. This workout is designed for all fitness levels, focusing on functional movements that challenge your strength, endurance, and agility. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, our bootcamp is the perfect way to get your blood pumping and have fun while doing it.
Indoor Puppy Yoga Adoption Event (10:30am): Combine the benefits of yoga with the joy of puppies! This unique class offers a gentle flow yoga session where adoptable puppies from the local shelter will join you on the mat. It’s a heartwarming way to stretch, relax, and maybe even meet your new furry best friend.
The “Why”: This event is more than just a workout; it’s an opportunity to make a difference in our community. Puppy Yoga Adoption
These yoga classes are helping shelter dogs find their forever homes!
Join paws with us for a unique and heartwarming yoga class at Limitless Performance & Therapy in Cedar Grove, NJ. Doggy Noses & Yoga Poses combines the joy of yoga with the cuddles of adorable rescue puppies and dogs from All Humane Animal Rescue.
Event Highlights:
45-Minute Yoga Class: Certified yoga instructor, Heather will lead a mixed-level yoga session while rescue puppies and dogs roam freely, providing cuddles and puppy kisses.
15 minutes of Snuggles: After yoga, enjoy a “snuggasana” session with the pups.
Heather Angelo will be guiding us on 10/12.
Heather is a 500RYT yoga instructor. She has been teaching hot Vinyasa for the past five years. Her classes are a mix of creative sequencing and fun twists on traditional poses – with a focus on breath and proper alignment set to upbeat music. What she loves about Vinyasa is every class is different – each one offers a new opportunity to learn and grow – both on the mat and off.
