Our Group Training/Open Gym hybrid class is the best of both worlds! You’ll experience the guidance of a coach and have the option to do the Workout of the Day, or you’re free to work on any skills or lifts, creating a personalized fitness journey within a supportive community.

Barbell Club Group Training

Our Barbell Group Training class is your chance to master the exciting Olympic lifts – the snatch and clean and jerk! This 90-minute class is led by experienced coaches and this class is perfect for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. Join us to build strength, technique, and confidence in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Barbell Club Open Gym
