A healthy lifestyle is more than just a change in your physical appearance, a healthy lifestyle includes mental health too. Many times we find ourselves being our worst critic. We hate the way we look, we crave to look better and although this can motivate us into trying to better the way we look, it also tears us down. If you don’t see yourself as good enough for anything, what makes you think you will have the effort into making any changes in yourself. If you aren’t good enough for change, why bother changing? Take some time into admiring everything you’ve done and everything you’re capable of doing, after all, you’ve made it this far. To enact real change and positive outcomes, you need to have a positive outlook on what you can achieve. We are all capable of achieving different things in life, we sometimes lack the motivation to try, and sometimes that’s linked to how we view ourselves. The more positive things you try to get, the more you will.
