MORE and LESS

Sometimes setting goals is daunting. You have to buckle down and think about long term and short term goals (which we’ll get into in another post or two), and strategize. But there’s something to be said about just creating awareness in your life about what you want MORE of and what you want LESS of.

Don’t wait until January 1st to start achieving. Start now with a more and less list. We wrote an example list to help you generate ideas.

You can also make this list applicable to fitness. Maybe you want to do more strict pull-ups, and have less excuses for not coming to the gym. Maybe you want to do more running and less walking during the one mile runs we do. Make it yours!

Write it down. Keep it around. Read it from time to time.
